Castlewood Canyon & Larkspur Lollipop

A great gravel ride just south of Denver. Starting from Hidden Mesa trailhead you travel through the heart of Castlewood Canyon State Park (thru traffic does not need a park pass) and into the vast Greenland Open Space. A quick descent towards I-25 and onto the doubletrack Colorado Front Range Trail will bring you into the town of Larkspur. Fuel up here before you tackle the rolling climbs on Upper Lake Gulch Rd. Return back through Castlewood Canyon back to the trailhead.
